I called and requested for a team to do the repairs because they done an great job previously, obviously I had to call the claims department few time because they had not submitted the report to my insurance, any the job done was amazing hence I reached out to them again The lady I spoke to refused and **** that Nedbank does not permit them to do private jobs. when I confirmed with nedbank, The lady changed the story and said " she just does not the company to work with me , because I like following up on matters once there is a delay and I will just give them a headache " This was a personal to me and is this how this business engage with their clients when they follow up on the work that is not done

A heavy storm caused a leak on my patio ceiling. I called standard bank building insurance and they organized TJS MAINTENANCE to come fix it. They came and put up a new ceiling. A few days later ,it started raining and noticed that the ceiling was still leaking, I called TJs maintenance back about the matter. They came and told me that the room is leaking because one of the pipes is blocked. I asked them to fix it because as long as the pipe is blocked,the ceiling will continue to leak and it's rainy season. They never returned. I called standard bank building insurance to report the matter.I was actually hoping they would send me a different company but they sent the same company.The guy came and basically looked at the ceiling and told me the same story about the pipe and said he will come back.til now. It's rainy season and the ceiling is still leaking. I feel tjs maintenance is incompetent and they have poor communication skills. Til now they haven't asked me if I was happy about the job that was done. They don't care

<p>Our geyser burst in October 2016. ABSA appointed TJS Maintenance arrived a day later to replace the geyser. The "foreman" did not have the correct fittings and had to go and buy. They left at about 21h00 that evening. We had ceiling damage from the water and about a week later 13 October 2016 they came to replace/ fix the ceilings. They again did not have any materials. 3rd Degree knotty pine was bought and 1.2 m not 800 cm. The whole house is only A grade and 800 cm. Non of the ceiling are varnished. TJS varnished it with "LIGHT OAK" I now have three different colour ceiling in my sitting room

My kitchen burned down in 16 Jan 2016 after many calls to Standard bank and them and lots of treads they still<br> not completed there work I tried calling them on the 02/03/2016 8 times and every time the reception's puts me thru to the incorrect person and I get cut off or I hold on for long time 6-10 min and gets cut off I call and ask for the owner and he is in a meeting do not matter what or when I call he is never there then I tried the manager same story this morning I get put on hold 3 times and get cut off then I get connected to a other customer witch is also having problems these guys should close down with no owner no manager and no no !!!! feedback no interest no care why The banks give and give incompetent contractors work and we the customers must do the banks they do not care witch contractor do the work and how they perform Mnr/Mrs/Miss OWNER OF T.J. S You are looking like a fool because you allow you're personnel to do what they want and You hide behind them
