I moved out of The Falls 2 unit 53 block 6 on the 31st of August and submitted my banking details on the 21st of August 2024 for the repayment of my deposit. According to the lease contract,one can receive their deposit back after 7 working days not 14. I called on the 9th of September and spoke to Ayanda Masuku who said she has received my bank details and that she will start the process. I resubmitted the document. I called again on the 19th September to ask about my deposit. I spoke to Ayanda Masuku again...and said it will take a whole month. This is nonsense because they keep changing the days. I'm very unhappy about this as a result I'm escalating it to my legal team. I'm disappointed and furious. Afhco treats people like shift. Jessica

My brother took my CX5for service on the 4 dec 2023 to Potch Mazda as I was out of town and couldn't take it myself. My brother said the service was poor and the lady helping him gave him another person's invoice instead of mine. When he tried to tell her she ignored her. Two weeks later , I called mazda potch requesting my cx5 service invoice for the 4 /12/23. Til now they have not sent it. So what proof do I have that my car was serviced?
MTN insurance is so frustrating. My fone contract billing went up this month all of a sudden...only to find out that they have been charging me for 3 fone insurances in one contract . When I canceled the insurance a long time ago. Jessica Sedupane
I'm still confused to this day. 3 days ago I got a call from netstar, saying I need to renew my contract as the one I have has ended. Fine I agreed and the lady I spoke to took me through everything. The following day , I received another call from a guy saying he is from netstar. He also told me that my contract ended and that I needed to renew. I told him that I had already renewed the day before. On top of that he told me that they need to come on Saturday to fit in the device. I gave him my address. The following morning I got another call from a lady in netstar saying they need a date to install the device in the car and the address. Now I was confused because I told her that a guy called yesterday saying he will come to my house and install the device. The lady reported that netstar doesn't install devices on a weekend . I became afraid now cos im wondering if I'm being ****med. I was told netsar will call me to verify all of this. So which one of you guys are the real workers of netstar?

Was disappointed and felt down yesterday after I asked Outsurance for a reduction in my premiums as I had been claim free for 3 yrs. Instead, the increased my premiums because I had relocated to Gauteng as it is a high risk province. My day was ruined.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I would like to thank Warrick Metlerkamp for relieving my anxiety after I got not so good news from my previous insurance.As much as I want a piece of mind when it comes to car insurance but it should also make financial sense. A storm occurred early this year and it caused my ceiling to leak. I called standard bank building insurance. They organized TJS NORTHWEST MAINTENANCE to come fix my ceiling. Of which they didn't. I keep telling tjs maintenence that my ceiling is still leaking .They came and told me that it's leaking because one of the pipes is blocked and that they will come fixed....they have not come til now .I called standard bank insurance that these people did not solve my problem(and have already paid the excess). Standard bank sent me the same people ,who came to my house and tell me the same thing about the blocked pipe. It's rainy season and my ceiling is leaking. I blame standard bank because they were supposed to call me to either come and inspect or ask me if the job done is satisfactory . They didn't. I blame standard bank because I asked them to refer me to another company that is competent in fixing my ceiling since the one they sent is incompetent, they didn't. I'm tired of calling tjs maintenence. I want answers from standard bank because they handled my claim terribly or is this how they treat their loyal clients. I've been using standard bank for over 10 years and I've never been this disappointed . Jessica sedupane
