I would like to extend a special compliment to Tlhogi for her exceptional service. Despite me not being the easiest client to work with, she consistently goes above and beyond to assist me to the best of her ability. I truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service. She truly is an asset to Mazda!

On 29 October 2024, I purchased a 2021 Suzuki Swift Automatic from your dealership. The purchase was concluded based on the belief that the vehicle was in good working order, included the advertised features, and had complete service records. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been entirely unsatisfactory. Timeline of Events 1. 29/10/2024 – Vehicle collected from Mazda Clearwater. Contrary to the adverti*****t, the car had no PDC sensors and no tracker. When I queried this, I was told the tracker was already installed, which proved untrue. 2. Following delivery, I had to make multiple calls and send several emails, and even involve my bank, as your dealership was not responding or providing feedback regarding the missing features. 3. 14/11/2024 – I booked the car in again after reporting that it was leaking coolant/water. The inspection took less than 10 minutes, and I was told there was no issue and that the car would not leak further. The leakage issue, however, has persisted. 4. Service Book – I have repeatedly requested the service book from your sales representative. I was told to contact any Suzuki dealership myself because the vehicle “wasn’t serviced” before the sale. Later, when I returned on 14/11/2024, I was told the car had in fact been serviced, which contradicts your earlier statement. On the 14/02/2025 at 08:00am my car came back again with the same issue I reported on the 14/11/2024 and when I asked for records you still fail to supply me with them because you know that the car has been faulty. How can a well known DEALERSHIP sell a lady a car that was not serviced? 5. Dekra Report – Despite my request, no Dekra report was ever provided. I was told that the vehicle doesn't have a dekra report. It was tested by 'Global testing' but surprisingly my car has a dekra sticker on the windscreen. Why does the car have a dekra sticker if it doesn't have a dekra report ? Key Issues Non-disclosure of known defects – The coolant/radiator issue was not disclosed prior to purchase. Misrepresentation of features – Missing PDC sensors and tracker despite being advertised. Incomplete documentation – No valid service book and no Dekra report. Poor after-sales support – Delayed responses and inconsistent information from your staff. The manager and his staff undermined and told me that as a lady I'm not clued up about cars when I first complained about this faulty car.The manager instead of acknowledging the mistakes he doesnt want to provide any documentation for the car and an inspection report.I called Suzuki to find out about the car they provided me with the vehicle information the car warrenty expired on the 28/04/2024 and I only purchased the car on 29/10/2024 which contradicts what the manager is saying. Now the manager wants me to pay for the labour if I dont want too I must come and collect the vehicle how can I be driving a faulty car as a lady? The guy is not respecting me at all even the tone he was using when I took my car back he was telling me that I might have been travelling on gravel road hence the radiator is leaking. If you are a lady I wouldn't advice you to go and purchase your car from that dealership they are very aggressive and not honest at all.

My partner took his Mazda 2 in for repairs as the engine light was on. After two weeks of no communication from Mazda's end, being given excuse after excuse as to why the car was not ready, engaging with Morne the service manager only to be told we were being "condescending" and then shooed off after waiting over an hour, I would not recommend anyone who cares for good customer service, timeous service and competent workmanship go to this dealership. An absolute stain on the Mazda brand!

I bought a car through Mazda December 2024. The car started giving me problems on the 5th of May and mechanic suggested that I take it for service. Only to find out that the service plan hasn’t been paid by the dealership. Dealership suggested that I take it to them for service but when I try to book no one takes my call. I’ve been calling for the past 2 days now.

I would like to write a complaint about the service i have received from the Mazda at Clear water. I have been taking my car to service at the Mazda in Edenvale since i bought it but because i have moved to the north i decided to take my car to clear water . To begin with i was not even added to the list of people that needed to be dropped of by their driver after dropping the car. After dropping the car at about 07:30 i did not hear anything back from the dealership till i eventually got hold of Tlhogi after several attempts to reach her and being told she was with a client, during my call with her she mentioned in passing that the car would probably be ready at 16:45, that being said i assumed she would give me a call to say the car is now ready round about that time because i could not assume that on my ends, to my suprise she called me at17:15 asking if i was still coming to collect my car!!!like where is the sense in this , all that was required is a call to let me know he car was ready. That being said , it is the first time that my car has slept at a dealership after going on for a service. Despite the fact that the people are very welcoming when you walk into the reception , you will be frustrated by the level of incompetence and laid back attitude!

Mechanic inspected vehicle, drove inside the workshop and drove out in the parking lot to park it. At 8 am nobody had a tool to do any service . Shop was half fool with unrepaired vehicles . Nobody was servicing cars I've arrived there at 7 . They took my car first.... only to park it away. Sloths moving around with cofee. Told the mechanic " give me the key " I won't service my car here , no mechanic is working " he gave the key and smiled. A ***** could have been given the key also. The mechanic didn't see me bringing the car .
