Terrible service. We bought a car 5 months ago and still waiting for the replacement of our dash that was damaged when we bought it. Keep phoning the service manager but comes up with some excuse. If you going to buy a Mazda, don’t buy from the Clearwater branch!

I would like to extend a special compliment to Tlhogi for her exceptional service. Despite me not being the easiest client to work with, she consistently goes above and beyond to assist me to the best of her ability. I truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service. She truly is an asset to Mazda!

On 29 October 2024, I purchased a 2021 Suzuki Swift Automatic from your dealership. The purchase was concluded based on the belief that the vehicle was in good working order, included the advertised features, and had complete service records. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been entirely unsatisfactory. Timeline of Events 1. 29/10/2024 – Vehicle collected from Mazda Clearwater. Contrary to the adverti*****t, the car had no PDC sensors and no tracker. When I queried this, I was told the tracker was already installed, which proved untrue. 2. Following delivery, I had to make multiple calls and send several emails, and even involve my bank, as your dealership was not responding or providing feedback regarding the missing features. 3. 14/11/2024 – I booked the car in again after reporting that it was leaking coolant/water. The inspection took less than 10 minutes, and I was told there was no issue and that the car would not leak further. The leakage issue, however, has persisted. 4. Service Book – I have repeatedly requested the service book from your sales representative. I was told to contact any Suzuki dealership myself because the vehicle “wasn’t serviced” before the sale. Later, when I returned on 14/11/2024, I was told the car had in fact been serviced, which contradicts your earlier statement. On the 14/02/2025 at 08:00am my car came back again with the same issue I reported on the 14/11/2024 and when I asked for records you still fail to supply me with them because you know that the car has been faulty. How can a well known DEALERSHIP sell a lady a car that was not serviced? 5. Dekra Report – Despite my request, no Dekra report was ever provided. I was told that the vehicle doesn't have a dekra report. It was tested by 'Global testing' but surprisingly my car has a dekra sticker on the windscreen. Why does the car have a dekra sticker if it doesn't have a dekra report ? Key Issues Non-disclosure of known defects – The coolant/radiator issue was not disclosed prior to purchase. Misrepresentation of features – Missing PDC sensors and tracker despite being advertised. Incomplete documentation – No valid service book and no Dekra report. Poor after-sales support – Delayed responses and inconsistent information from your staff. The manager and his staff undermined and told me that as a lady I'm not clued up about cars when I first complained about this faulty car.The manager instead of acknowledging the mistakes he doesnt want to provide any documentation for the car and an inspection report.I called Suzuki to find out about the car they provided me with the vehicle information the car warrenty expired on the 28/04/2024 and I only purchased the car on 29/10/2024 which contradicts what the manager is saying. Now the manager wants me to pay for the labour if I dont want too I must come and collect the vehicle how can I be driving a faulty car as a lady? The guy is not respecting me at all even the tone he was using when I took my car back he was telling me that I might have been travelling on gravel road hence the radiator is leaking. If you are a lady I wouldn't advice you to go and purchase your car from that dealership they are very aggressive and not honest at all.
