Not a care in the world.

Bought new foton bakkie. Has problems. Mazda Clearwater no response. Stitching coming loose, holes in loading bay, bumper a big issue. Owe me a payment due to late settlement. Not foton Mazda headoffice helping. Bakkie not been driven. Request cancellation or new bakkie. Just no response.

Well bought a new cx5. Temporary licence expired. Contacted Bjorn on message. No response. Are now driving without licence. Best service ever.

Samsung refusing to keep promise

I complained about samsung on 8 January for not giving me my tv I was promised after I bought the note 20. To date the matter is still not resolved because samsung does not want to accept the tv license that is in the name of my wife and insist that I get one in my name. I have never had a problem buying a tv using my wife's tv license so I do not understand why Samsung change rules. I even asked them to give me a voucher for something else but still no joy. I also noted that there are lots of people in the same shoes not getting what they were promised. Looks like samsung either ran out of TV's or just don't do not what to own up to their promises. Well Samsung keep your tv. We are changing all our appliances and phones now in order not to fall into one of your traps again.

Samsung free gift not happening

We are very upset and dissappointed with Samsung bought a note 20 in Oct 2020 on promotion with the promise of a free tv. Got acknowledgement of order on 7 Nov ander after that silence. Followed by on 10 Dec spoke to Sinawo who confirmed on mail that she escaled and will provide feedback. Silence again. Called again spoke to Nomsa who also promised to call back also did not only called back after we followed up again and then told us that my husband needs to submit a tv license in hi name we have been married since 2001 and the tv license has been in my name all along. According to the SABC you need 1 license per household and not 1 per person. I was first refused the managers name and after that promised that the manager Tazsine Duponp sill call me 2 days later no call. I need Samsung to keep their promise and give me the tv.
