Terrible service. We bought a car 5 months ago and still waiting for the replacement of our dash that was damaged when we bought it. Keep phoning the service manager but comes up with some excuse. If you going to buy a Mazda, don’t buy from the Clearwater branch!
I have been trying to get a quote for a plumbed in water purifier. I have submitted the enquiry via their online system. I have called into the office and still waiting for the quote. Then I have emailed through to ask for the quote, with still no reply.
Little falls branch has the worst service. The staff are so unfriendly. No matter when I go the service is the same! Horrible!

Horrific service and the worst panel beating job! Over spray everywhere and extra damage done to the car which they insisted wasn’t them!
I have contacted Webafrica on their live chat as there are no numbers to contact them on. It has been over an hour and a half and the issue has still not been resolved. The person on the help chat has absolutely no idea what he is doing. (Maybe he is not doing anything but enjoying his Sunday) I’m not sure how this company is still afloat!
