I received excellent service from Lulu, Oom Gerhardt, Clement, Piet and the team; from my first call to Oom Gerhard, and my continuous interaction with, inter alia, Lulu, Piet & Clement. I was constantly updated by Lulu on the progress of my bakkie. These guys go beyond just normal service & I feel like family, that is after my first encounter. They take time to patiently and carefully explain the processes, how things work and really “dumbed down” the technical automative terms for me as a layman. Service Unparalleled for sure!! ❤️
I visited IStore Centurion Mall earlier and was disgusted by the fact that the sales people had a conversation with each other while the store was full of clients that needed assistance. I for one planned to purchased two apple watches from them, but will not return. I hope the owner do something about this because I can just imagine how many lost sales they have.
<p>I am very frustrated with DirectAxis. I am trying to get a settlement amount for a loan an have been holding on for 50 minutes with no answer and listening to their **** holding message. </p> <p>Needless to say, i don't have a choice because i am determined to cut ties with this incompetence.
