I took their fibre offer for R399.00 per month. Free installation and router. They started the installation on the 17/7/2020 and activated the line ASAP but only finished the installation on the 18/7/2020. Only once you tell Webadfrica the installation is complete do they send the router and tell you it can take up to 5 days to get to you. You can't use the fibre without the router but they start charging you from the date the line is activated. They also fail to inform you there is a R250.00 delivery fee for the router. Aramex will deliver the router for R100.00 so they need to look at their choice of courier. So for 8 days usage I get an account for a pro-rata amount of R193.00. When I finally get hold of someone, which is near impossible, to query the account I'm told I'm billed from the activation date irrespective of weather or not I can use the service. I never received an account, on;y ans sms on the 4/8/2020 telling me the debit order on my account returned unpaid so I'm bumped R50.00 twice on top of it all, because I had no idea how much to put in the account. I also get attitude for querying the amount.
I went to CE Mobility Sept 2012 to get a new chair paid for by my medical aid. I was not measured for the chair which is supposed to custom built to your measurements. They used measurements from a different make of chair completely different design ordered 10 years earlier. I received the chair only in April 2013. I took it back once to complain. Their answer was to do some adjustments. I took the chair back and after waiting so long I accepted the chair and have been using it since. Today my posture is completely wrong. This chair is too small for me and it’s feels like I’m crammed into the chair. My leg spasms are out of control no thanks to CE Mobility. Go elsewhere for chair!!! My health has gone backwards from this chair
