Poor Service
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust my email finds you well!</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Thabelo, I am currently a tenant at Greatermans Building managed by AFHCO.</p> <p>I have unfairly charged an amount of R250 by AFHCO and their reason is that I refused my unit to be fumigated. I have sent numerous emails to AFHCO disputing this allegation and I have also provided them information that on the date (04/10/2016) my wife and I were both at work. There was no one in my unit when they claimed they came to fumigate the unit and someone refused them an entry. I have also gave them the option to investigate and call both our employers and find out if indeed we were at work on that specific day.</p> <p> </p> <p>They still refused to resolve the matter and refund the money.</p> <p>The service at AFHOC is terrible. </p>
