Suspended service without any correspondance
Today my account was just suspended without any emails or correspondence from 1-grid. After must searching I realised they had suspended my account because my annual fee had not been paid. There was on email notification for the annual fee or calls. They last communication I received from them was in May 2018 when they notified me of the change. I am now unable to run my business as my website is down and all my email accounts have been suspended. How can you as a business treat your client like this. I have a business to run and not able to run my business currently. your company has lost my business for good and I will tell everyone that I can about your bad service. I am going to spread to word about the bad service of your company and I hope you loose a lot of your client as you have seen the last of my business. THE KEY TO ANY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS IS COMMUNICATION WHICH YOU ARE CLEARLY LACKING.

Bad service (Order: 54022542 )
I ordered 3 sets of tarot card, of which I was informed the 1 they where not able to get (Guardian Angel Tarot Card). My order was delivered this morning and I received Archangel Power Tarot Cards and a book call "Letters from a Stoic" (I did not order this book). I called the customer care and explained to the lady that I received a book that I never ordered and gave her the title. I also told her I did not receive the Fairy Tarot Cards I ordered. She then told me that the book "Letters from a Stoic" is the Fairy Tarot Cards that I ordered. The more I tried to explain to her that according to what I ordered on line I should be getting the cards with a small book. The lady (Zintle Ngejane ) that helped me (well she didn't help me but just irritated me because she was not listening to what I was saying) was not very helpfully and just told me she will send me an email on how to return the book and get refunded. I just want what I ordered which is the "Fairy Tarot Cards" which are 78 cards and a book as described on takealot.com website.
