I ordered a Emerald cut Tourmaline for my wife as a Xmas Present. I showed my design via Video feed and discussed my requirements with Adam. I have received the ring this morning and am more than happy to report, that it looks stunning, exactly how we discussed and pic I supplied. Thank you all involved at Diamond Channel.
<p>I received a abnormally high bill at the end of Nov, especially on data. I contacted Vodacom and requested it to be investigated. On 9 Dec I received an sms with ref S3-GE12K-KN0AM with a "promise that I shall receive call within 2 working days. YEAH RIGHT!!!! Most useless bunch I ever encountered. Since the 9th I have phoned in more than 6 times to follow up. Helpless bunch just transfers you from 1 department to another. On 28 Dec the huge bill gets debited, although dispute has not been resolved. Again phone numerous times in Jan. On 7 Jan reciev a NEW Ref nr (***) S4-N9C17-7R1NW again with the pathetic, "will be contacted in 2 days" bla bla Fnnn bla. The 17th today??????? Vodacom you are pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Train your employees, cause your helpless bunch clearly cannot resolve a simple data dispute lodged in early December. And I thought that when I moved to Red Advantage package I shall get better service, Hell NO!</p>
