We made a booking in September for 12 to 13 December to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. FOUR days before our stay on 7 December we got a telephone call to inform us that the hotel has cancelled our booking due to "maintenance problems". By this time the booking has been paid in full. On pointing out that it was a special occasion, the lady simply responded with "bad luck". Shocking public relations.
<p>I ordered "Cream Roses and White Gerberas in Box" from the NetFlorist website yesterday, for delivery today. The flowers are desctibed in the detail section as "This arrangement of cream roses and white gerberas in a lovely box is the perfect way to spoil someone for any and every occasion." The flowers arrived earlier today, but more than half the gerberas have been replaced with chrysanthemum. When complaining complaining to Netflorist , they simply said "Nothing is wrong". </p> <p>BE WARNED - YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR WITH NetFlorist.</p>
