My dog has had pet insurance via One Plan for approximately 7 years already. I hardly used it, but recently I had to process quite a big claim and it was seamless. The staff are always friendly/helpful.
<p>My Landline and ADSL line has been off for approximately 1 month now. I have numerously raised fault tickets with 10210 Technical Support from Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>a Month later, the problem is still not resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>I receive notification back from Telkom that it is resolved, when meantime it is not and then I have to raise a new fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told today that there will be penalties if I cancel my contract which will only expire in Jan 2018.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why should I continue paying for services which I cannot use?</p> <p>I should be able to cancel the contract under these circumstances. We pay alot of internet services.
