NONIC not worth it - dont waste your money
CPA refund requested – no response from Nonic I bought a product from Nonic starter pack(Cape Town–based) and paid R1,395 via EFT. The item was defective I reported the defect within 7 days and formally requested a refund in terms of Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. I have since been ignored, despite follow-up emails. No phone number or alternative contact method is provided. I am now escalating the matter via consumer authorities. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this to anyone

No nic air. Don't fall for their ****
PLEASE do not waste your time on any no nic air or no nic device. Money making gimmick. Doesn't work. You'll end up with a leaking mouth piece. Doesn't kick like a vape doesn't mimic anything waste of time and money. No nic replace Device or refund me. They dont respond to emails once they are told what the problem is. They don't call back either after I requested to explain to these non intellectual people what the problem with the device is. It's the worst buy I could have made in my life. I hate it. I will review them on every platform until im refunded or replaced

NoNic necklace purchase
From ordering to getting the order all good. This product is defi itely not what was expected. Highly suggest that before buying ask some people first what they think or find someone who has it and try it first before wasting money. There is no flavour that is coming through if you are someone who vapes this will not help you stop.

NoNic necklace purchase
From ordering to getting the order all good. This product is defi itely not what was expected. Highly suggest that before buying ask some people first what they think or find someone who has it and try it first before wasting money. There is no flavour that is coming through if you are someone who vapes this will not help you stop.

Would not waste money on nonic
Got my order today came not in a box like apperently one customers video ad on their fb came in aramex plastic, im not impressed at all Not sure where they get their reviews from would say its **** reviews compared to the actual reviews from hellopeter as i have checked and you cant review on their site nor fb. Would not say this gadget live up to that reviews they claim, flavours packaging not user friendly flavours also not great like videos claim nor is it like a disposable vape flavour wise like they claim in an ad video packages arrived damaged their comunication skill is lacking no communication at all via FB nor messenger email received 1 email after that nothing the only good thing they did was to change myne from maple to walnut thats the only good service otherwise not great at all would say its not worth the amount you pay nor do you get flavours nowhere besides their website so you better order urlier. I ordered i think the 17th of april only received today 25th of april. Otherwise they use aramex as courier. Thats my review, but going to try this thing and see. Very poor service delivery not comunicating at all.

Biggest disappointment ever
Brilliant service from ordering until receipt. Battled to figure out how to fit the core into the necklace, and eventually, after forcing it in, I could use it. What a disappointment. I am not sure what I expected, but I would not have bothered if I knew that you would have a 0,1% flavour with normal air coming through the necklace when using. Do yourself a favour and find out if someone you know knows someone who uses this product before wasting your money.

Kept me hoping - All in Vain
This is a review on service and not on the product. I never got the chance to use the NoNic Necklace. I placed my order on 18 Nov 2024 (3x Necklaces was ordered (Gold, Black & Rose Gold - Myself and 2 friends placed our order together). Received an email from the support line on the 19th Nov, to advise that the Gold "was out of stock"! After a couple of emails I was told they would have the gold in stock by "end of next month" (That then being end December). I opted to wait (with my two friends) till end of December for the gold to be back in stock. On 6 Jan I contacted them to follow up - The usual service levels... you must contact the supplier to get things done! Received a mail today (7 Nov) to NOW tell me that I must select a different colour, they will no longer be receiving the GOLD. I am disappointed in the fact that I was prepared to wait, then to only be told NO? I have now requested a refund instead, there are many suppliers on the internet.
