Would not recommend doing business with these people i ordered and payed for lemaitre Zues safety shoes NSTC on the 19th Dec 2025, the ordered said (takes longer) and does not stipulate exactly how long could be few days maybe a week or month, a year ect, i actually thought maybe a few days to a week as i dont have time to drive around looking for shops to go and buy them thats why i ordered online to be delivered and to the fact that my current shoes is almost done for and can not work without them, they coming up with excuses that a NSTC is special order which is not the story as i took the time on the 12th of Jan 2026 to phone and email Lemaitre or BBF as they know them to find out and i spoke to a manager there that confirmed that the zues boot is in fact not a special order and its available in the STC and NSTC and i have email prove of that confirmation. Up and till now a month and a day down the drain today the 20th of Jan 2026 still no boots nor my money back, i eventually told them to pay my money back on the 12th of Jan 2026 sent an email to 5 different peoples emails to which the request are being ignored no response from them whatsoever, they are *********** when it comes to communicating with clients and providing products,they are ignoring me as a customer at this moment and im now being forced to open a case against them with the consumer goods and services ombud which after a case will be opened with SAPS. Which will lead to futher actions being taken. Dont make the same mistake that i did with trusting and ordering from these people. People like this have forgotten on what the law states (consumer protection act) and that the customer is always right! Would not recommend them to any Business or people!
So the 1st of November 2025 you ****mers take finance charge and payment protection plan charge the 28th november 2025 credit card settled then afterwards your fees come again once i think its settled there is just more and more outstanding the 1st of Dec again finance and Payment protection plan charges on what a settled credit card???? This bank is the most pathetic bank of them all biggest ****mers you can get with all their fee **** 4 times vat on fee in a singlar month every month tomorrow you going to hear from me had enough of this **** going to take my business else where would not recommend this bank to anyone
Got my order today came not in a box like apperently one customers video ad on their fb came in aramex plastic, im not impressed at all Not sure where they get their reviews from would say its **** reviews compared to the actual reviews from hellopeter as i have checked and you cant review on their site nor fb. Would not say this gadget live up to that reviews they claim, flavours packaging not user friendly flavours also not great like videos claim nor is it like a disposable vape flavour wise like they claim in an ad video packages arrived damaged their comunication skill is lacking no communication at all via FB nor messenger email received 1 email after that nothing the only good thing they did was to change myne from maple to walnut thats the only good service otherwise not great at all would say its not worth the amount you pay nor do you get flavours nowhere besides their website so you better order urlier. I ordered i think the 17th of april only received today 25th of april. Otherwise they use aramex as courier. Thats my review, but going to try this thing and see. Very poor service delivery not comunicating at all.
Would not recommend MTN to anyone my wife has few contracts with them on her company name and this is now the second time our lines gets suspended of non payment meanwhile it has been payed long ago never missed payments and im really getting tired of your incompetence of someone not doing their job will be cancelling contracts one by one and go to a different provider. Believe me she is already on the phone with them and i already told her that the way forward now is cancelling each and every contract when their time comes dont want to do business with such incompetence we will take our business to a different service provider. We have been supporting you for years and this is what we get no thank you getting tired of you incompetence failure to provide service
Vox has the worst customer service i have ever gotten since telkom the way they treat their loyal customers after being with them for 5 years plus is really pathetic would not surprice me that they following the same route as telkom. Would not recommend them to anyone would rather pick a different isp that is focussed on customer services. So in the month of may i received my wifi mesh that i ordered at that time i didnt have the funds to buy it completely so i took it monthly at first had it for about a week then i had funds to settle it, i then contacted them to get a settlement so that i could settle it and not having monthly payments i was told at first the settlement is R3838.44 after i already made a payment of R186.66 that was on the 18th of may 2024 with is way more than the original pricing they advertised anyways i then asked so if i settle it what then? They said It will be collected by Vox, as Vox does not offer rent to own hardware. Only pure rental or outright purchase. So if i payed that settlement for all those months they would have tryed to come and collect even tho you paid for it, so what exactly are you paying for? Nothing! I would not pay for something thats someone elses so i was prepared to still pay it but i gave them 2 choices at that time as i wont give something that i paid for that two options was in pieces or they buy it back as i paid for it, At that stage i had it for 9 days when i wanted to buy it outright, its the same as a loan if you take out a loan and you settle it within a certain period you dont pay interest on that loan anyways they ****ming people with this method into you paying for something thats not yours you paying the whole amount or more for the device and it stays theirs so i was fighting with them took it to social media ect cause im not going to pay for something thats not mine long story short they came in contact with me sent me a quote to buy outright and contract was cancelled which they could have done in the first place and avoided all this drama that was on the 20th of may 2024 that same day i got the quote i already payed the full amount on the wifi mesh, When month end came i paid my internet amount so my internet is payed im never behind or account overdue, on the 6th of june 2024 i get a email that states suspention warning that they want to suspend my internet that i already paid for because my account is overdue with R175.00 so at that time i already knew what it was for so after you have settled your product that was paid in full with the invoice state R0.00 owing they still trying to **** you into paying the month after it has been paid in full. I then rep**** on that email this liz strydom then said that june was sort payed clearly not looking into things and sorting it out anyways i rep**** again on the 7th of june 2024 which no response sent an email again on the 12th of june 2024 and up and till now 17th of june 2024 still no response they dont care about their loyal customers that is keeping their business going looks like they have people employed thats getting payed to do their job that simply cant do their jobs she including all the other email adresses that the emails went to is ignoring the email/issue ignoring customers, they would not give an appology nothing as far as it goes they can take that appology and put it where the sun dont shine im tired of this poor unskilled bad customer service they provide. Anyways i have all my proof on email and whatsapp all my documents if my account is not sorted and my internet gets cut i will be taking it this thurther and i will not tollerate this if my child fails her exams with her online schooling due to this isp that have people working there thats getting payed to do their job thats not doing their jobs. Up and till no my account is still showing overdue with no one fixing it, and im not going to pay for something i already paid in full the month after think this is all i would think twice before going with this isp and would never in my life buy something from them on their website, people paying for something they own its like a cellphone contract you paying monthly and when your contract expires they come take the phone instead of you keeping it why would anyone then take out a contract phone if it was like that just imagen. Im done with this tipe of people
I would never in my life order something through vox again i placed an order for wifi mesh as i need it to expand my wifi signal due to the wifi extenders not working all that great i placed the order on the 27th of April 2024 i think waited about a week then asked for an update on my order i was to this Good day ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO LINKQAGE FOR DELIVERY ON THE 6TH OF MAY. Thank you Waited the whole day of the 6th of May 2024 for nothing between them and linkqage they wasted my time nothing arrived no delivery came, i have had it up to here with them they became like telkom terrible service delivery.
People watch out when you buy food at mcdonalds in farramere corner great north and mercury street opesite kfc on thursday night the 27/04/2023 at 19:55 i bought through drive thru 2 big mac large meals and 4 cheese burgers with extra cheese payed for the extra cheese was charged 8 extra cheese opon collection i ask and the extra cheese yes its on left came home myself and my wife busy eating just to find that they ****med me all burgers only have 1 cheese on them and i payed for extra cheese tryed calling them as usual they never answer they phone i txted mcdonalds on facebook messenger that same night loaded that same night a review someone contacted me that next day to come to sort it out whereby i couldnt make it as i was working my wife went contacted the number that contacted me at first whereby it was the wrong mcdonalds then she spoke to the right person after the confussion was told that they cant give us our money back what they basically stole from us /****med us with we must buy something for that amount whereby i do not want to buy something for that amount as that was my last time supporting mcdonalds ever in my life again i want my money back. Up and till today wereby this is *****ing now we have heard nothing 02/05/2023 i am going to lay a complaint at head office after this then i will be opening a case of theft and going to the ombudsman.
So this people are smsing and calling my 6 year old daugter basically harrasing her called them and told them to stop calling and smsing my 6 year old daughter as this is not the person they are looking for now they are smsing and calling my number that i phoned them from spoke to a supervisor said that they going to remove my number even sent a sms with an appology and still didnt remove my number from their data base today got a call and sms and i lost it getting fed up with this incompetent people sms im getting Dear MNR PELSER kindly contact MBD LC on (011)560-5921 regarding your bought RCS acc. Ref:0278000775454072 phoned them and shouted at them i dont appreciate being harrassed this is the second time i am simply just going to open an harrasment case and take this further if it happens again.
I went to mcdonalds in farrarmere corner of great north and murcury street waited in long queue in drive thru while i was waiting checked on app what i wanted decided i wanted to redeem the mcfeast reg meal with mcflurry @R95 expire date 31/12/2021 was told that i cant redeem for some reason after scaning bar code i must take something else i got mad told her to just leave it and i left and never planning to support mcdonalds again this is unacceptable very unhappy fyi the contact number on google doesnt work also
People i would not suggest to buy from this place this what they say about love their customers is nonsens we bought the benson lounge suit by them here in eastrand boksburg delivered on 19/11/2019 so after delivery the lounge suit boxs and plastics were dumped in front of my garage i had to take it outside to hope that Ekurhuleni takes it with my dustbin that day and they didnt they just empty the dustbin so i sat with that rubbish that i had to take away after that issue we noticed the same day that the 1 seater once the recliner has been retracted the couch makes a strange clack sound its like something is out of place then goes back into place the whole time and the 3 seater couch the handles on the sides of the recliner completely comes out they not even *****ed in on the one side handle the material has a small cut that would oviously run after time as well as the back side of couches The Velcro on the back of the lounge does not correspond with the ends to close the material flap. Poor manafacturing we notified them 30 min after delivery was done that day about this and till now 25/11/2019 we are still waiting for them to replace the lounge suit no update nothing dont know why customers must struggle with this problems their production on lounge suit is very poor i honestly would not suggest this place at all but you know what rochester we not paying a cent on these couches till they are replaced. For the price of a car i expected better from this lounge suits. Kind regards
