To complaints: NETCARE AKESO CRESCENT. I have been here for a week and there is still no hot water. There ladies who recently checked out said they've had no hot water in 3 weeks. I have complained twice and netcare brought in a plumber who did absolutely nothing! This is unacceptable! Hot water is a basic necessity in this very cold weather. Worst after sale experience. I purchased a car July 2024. January I was called to come fetch my car disc. I got there and I was given a piece of paper and told my disk was paid for but the traffic department refused to give them the disc because I have ticket. I went to the traffic department 02/10/2025 and was told the disc was never paid for and the tickets I have will not stop me from getting my disc. I called you on the 03/10/2025, the first time the line cut me because I ran out of airtime. The consultant didnt bother calling me back. I called again in the afternoon spoke to a consultant who promised to call me back for more information that I didnt have at hand. She promised to call within the hour. Its 3 days later and I am still awaiting. I want this sorted ASAP or I will be escalating to the ombadsman. And please note that the tickets incurred for expired disc I will be sending to you because this was an error on your end and I expect for you to fix it! The car you sold me didnt even come with the lock for my spare wheel. You didnt even take note of that or advise me. I'm very unhappy with this sale and would never refer anyone to we buy cars never!!

I called you call centre over a month ago to report ***** - the case too way over the TAT that I was given. I went to the branch on the 1/08 and was told case is resolved and I would receive my money in 6 working days. I called yesterday 12/08 and was told claim was declined. I want a MANAGER to call me and explain 1. why was the case declined 2. why was I given incorrect information 3. Why must I be the one who is always running around after std bank and never get feedback when I specifically asked for a manager to call me back. I did an online order Friday 23/11/2018, and called your call centre to query my order. i wanted to find out if there was a way i could collect my order from my nearest clicks instead of waiting for the order to be delivered. she said no i have to wait till thursday (which was understandable). i also wanted to try and track my order to see how far it could be, and to make sure there were no issues with the order. she was so quick to brush me off, didnt even ask for my order number and just kept repeating that i must wait till thursday. eventually i force to give her the order number, she places me on hold, comes back after a few minutes with the same story. i accept, and i ask her for a ref number, she tells me she does not have one, i ask her to give me her name as reference, she starts becoming defensive saying 'mam i was never rude to you' ect i tell her i want your name as reference, she immediately hangs up on me. her tone and attitude was wrong from the beginning, she was very unprofessional and the service was disgusting!!! my order is over a thousand rand and if this is the sort of service i will be receiving from clicks i will never order from you again!!!!! i'd rather go to dischem because they are far more professional than you will ever be!!!!!!!!! her name is MARSHREE and her manager is JANINE BOUWERS!
