Good day I bought a beef prego from Kota Joe Boksburg. It was the last straw as it was absolutely pathetic to say the least. I paid R90 for piece of bread that tasted old, stomped full of chips and with a measely 48g piece of chewy meat. The previous times we had bad food I decided to let it go. But not anymore. I took it back to the Boksburg Kota’s and the manager said that they don’t do refunds. If it was a problem with the product he could replace it (above mentioned said there was a problem). He said it’s store recipe. Well then they are apparently not putting in 100g as he stated. You are more than welcome to contact me Willem
My nephew bought a car from We buy cars. He is 21 years old. Very new to buying cars etc, he bought the car and overwhelmed by the excitement of having his dream car did not know if he should check if the license disk is on or if he has to have a permit. He works at the airport and drives past the police EVERY day!! So he is driving an unlicensed car, with NO permit. The police will impound the car and then he will never see his car the same again, that is IF he sees his car again. The sales person Dean van As has not returned my calls, or his calls, or his whatsapp messages. I spoke to Hannes - his manager and he said that Dean will sort it out - Dean has not even gotten in contact yet. Upon the 3rd time phoning in to get an answer as to when he will get a 21 day permit, the after sales representative said that my nephew needs to phone in himself. I tried to explain that the kid does not know what to say or even what to do regarding this and it seems like a manipulative tactic to not give him a permit. How can they let a car go without issuing a 21 day permit, forcing the client to break the law by driving *******ly and putting his car in jeopardy.

My wife bought me a Active Reflex GPS smar****ch for my birthday middle of September and gave it to me on the 27th of September. I had it for a week then the strap broke. We took it to truworths in Sandton city on the 25 of October and they sent the watch in for repairs. I have had no response whatsoever from Truworths. The watch has been longer in for repairs than what I have had the it. We would like to be credited/refunded because we don't want the watch back and something happens again to it and it has to go in for repairs again and I am without a watch again for how long.
The complaint is not against Cape Union Mart. The service I received there was excellent. The complaint is actually against K-Way. I went in with my K-way boots that I bought in 2017, and BOUGHT a pair of Merrels. Whilst taking off my K-way shoe the strap broke. The other one was already broken and the staff member at Cape union mart told me that they can send it in to be fixed because that is what makes the service great. I literally left my boots there, and put on the Merrels that I just bought. Now after about 2 months I phoned to hear where my boots are and K-way wants a proof of purchase slip I don't even have the slip of the merrels that I bought 2 months ago so why would I have the slip of 2017.
<p>For the last 4 weeks I am trying to cancel my Telkom adsl line. I want to be put on an open serve holding pool. </p> <p>After numerous phone calls I made to them, they finally said I must send an email. I did sent an email but got a no-reply email saying that someone will phone me. </p> <p>I still haven't heard anything, and no one wants to help when I phone them. </p> <p>This is my last resort in getting an answer, because trying to communicate with them directly doesn't seem to help. </p>
