KIA ROAD SIDE ASSIST USELESS I am so disappointed by KIA road side assist. They claim to be 24/7 support and when you call the number no one picks up the phone. I urgently needed help on a Sunday afternoon and i called the number 0861542000 and was on hold for more than 10 mins until i dropped the line. Imagine if i was not in a safe place and needed urgent help, what would have happened Rather tell us that you work for certain hours than to claim to be 24/7 and yet you do not pick up the calls Useless service.
We got email notification that Neotel will be cancelling their services from the 31st May. To my surprise in may i was debited over R1600 and was told its out of bundle which was not correct When i queried this, i was told this was an error on their side but i still have to pay over R170 for June. I fail ti=o understand what im paying for when you terminated your service on the 31st of may
i placed an order online on Saturday night and it did not take me through to the payment page. I thought my order had not gone through but when i go to my profile on orders status says Pending payment information I called the online call center and in this day and age of technology im told i should have used firefox or Internet explorer Worst part the consultant tell me i have to redo the order on Internet explorer, My challenge is i have an order awaiting payment which i can easily do but i cant and when i try reorder most of the items in my current order are no longer available. Im told the system in store cannot pick up an online order so that i make a payment instore this is unbelievable for a store as big as truworths DISAPPOINTED
19 days later i am still waiting for my refund where they made a mistake on their side . i now have to call a thousand times to follow up on my refund but when you debited my account you didn't consult me and it was ok. I would never recommend Neotel to anyone. Its time to move now to another service provider.
I have had the worst experience with Neotel, in january i requested they top up my contract as i had run out of data, i spoke to a lady by the name of Thulisile Moeng who for some very strange reason cancelled my current contract and issued a new router . I received the new router and when i called the technical desk , the technician was suprised why i got a new router, he reconnected my old one and i was charged R17 for returning the router. 2 months later i get debited R2736.91 on my account for cancellation fee, which i dont get as i returned the router which was not my fault to start within the 7 days and was charhed for it already Now Nomathemba Thabete logs a cancelklation request without even calling me the client to advise of a process which they messed up on their side. i need someone from Neotel to rectify this ASAP and you have just lost yourself a client
