buy one ketone is a ****
I went to torga optical in Eastgate in September, mind you I only deal with torga JHB cbd normally. I was told there was buy one get one free as usual but due to time constrains my daughter could only pick her frames and I told them I woulD come back later, I did my tests, medical aid billed and just needed to pick a frame. no one, staff or the manager told me the was a time limit. I came back early in December after I have called to confirm if the glasses were ready and If I could pick second pair. upon arrival I was told I had forfeited the second pair because the special is over and I took time to come back for the second free pair. I feel cheated as no one told me about the limited time and they had a new buy one get one free in place . they did not have a problem billing me but they had problems giving me vital information. I could have gone to any optometrist but I chose them for their special and their excellent service I always got in JHB cbd. I'm very disappointed and will never use them agin in the futer

carr rental ripped me off
Rentalcars.com I rented a via rentalcars .com at Hertz. When I arrived at Hertz desk at OR Tambo International, I was told that I don't meet their requirements to rent from them, therefore rentalcars.com must refund me the pre-payment I made to them, they as Hertz they don't get involved. It is a hussel to get hold of Carrentals.com over the phone, once you get hold of them they are rude and not helpful. I just want me money back from these two companies.
