Game ***** department not giving feedback after a year!!!!!!!
After a year there was internal ***** on my account. Was sorted according to Game ***** department, but my name is still not cleared at credit check company's and they declined credit applications due to this. To date I still did not received any settelment letter to clear my name from Game but they did offer me a new card. I obviously declined due to the inconvience caused and my name is still seen as a bad debt payback person.

Fraud
There were fraud on my account in Desember 2021 did all paperwork to the fraud department . Was in store and talked to fraud department and till now nothing has been done to clear my name and now i cannot apply for credit of this mess as i am a bad payer now.

Terrible service
Want to cancel my contract they said I signed a new 3 year contract but cannot supply a verbal or signed contract since beginning of March 2020 and deduct the whole amount for 3 years on 1April 2020 without proof and I did have telephone conversations 3 x with them and no answer still from them only looking for money. A Supervisor called me in March and said she will cancel contract for now and look for proof and inform me 1 month passed no response and no proof

accounts not on date
my son did some tests and we paid on 27 oktober 2017 and still they cannot find payment. now the attorneys are sending me sms to pay with costs .my wife have spoken to them and me still outstanding matter

Bad Payers
<p>Hi DSTV since last year im struggeling to get a answer on why did DSTV put me up as a bad payer as i am on date with payements.DSTV hade put my DSTV off every second day due to their mistake and then put me as bad payer on and till today never heard from them as they replied on my comment on HELLO PETER and said they will respond</p>

DSTV putting us on as bad payers when the problem was with them
<p>We had a problem were DSTV said we did not pay. I have write a review on Hallo Peter and they called me and we sorted the problem out, only to find out when we moved and had to rent a house that they put us on bad payers list.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you take us off as the problem were on DSTV side</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
