I can't believe that this is what it's come to get assistance from big corporate companies... I called fnb on the 27th of August whating assistance with switching my Home loan from standard bank to fnb..the lady said that someone would call me within 48hrs..she said that being a premier banker I have access to 24/7 service..what a joke!.I waited 4 days later for someone from fnb, to get back to me..I was however busy at that time, just about to enter a meeting and asked the consultant to call me after 2hrs. I'm still waiting, it's now 18 days later :/ fnb claim to be the best bank, their service is pathetic... Maybe ABSA, or Nedbank might be more helpful, and will provide better service, just a simple thing like getting back to clients surely cannot be that difficult..
dstv(multichice) just loves ROBBING CUSTOMERS, they just don't CARE..maybe we "SIMPLE PEOPLE" should also not care..I attended the Comic Con on sunday(16/09/18) at 10AM with my 11 year old son, walking through all the stands I came across the dstv walking dead stand, cool, I had a look and walked pass..walked through all other stands and upstains. I came across someone who had a baseball bat and wanted one for myself, as I'm a fan, so I asked him where I could purchase one for myself. He told me, that he had won one at the walking dead stand, maybe If some where left I could purchase one. I walked down to the stand at around 2:30PM and enquired how I could get one of the bats for myself. The lady just imformed me that there was a competition at 5PM and all I needed to do was to capture 1 of the Zombies that they let out of the cage and bring them back to the cage. I returned to the cage at around 4:20, waiting for the competition to start. They then let out the Zombies before 5PM, so if I had come at 5PM I would have missed out, but I did find a Zombie and wanted to bring her back to the cage, but then she tells me that I in order to qualify, I needed to also have been in the cage with them beforehand, which Absolutely NO one had informed me before hand :( I spoke to the lady who had missed informed me and she was willing to give a bat, which she said that was a bit damaged, I was willing to take. She then spoke to the person incharge, who did hear me out, but also just said that there's nothing he could do..and just walked away.. I guess, dstv(multichoice) just loves ROBBING whomever they can, whenever they can.. We "SIMPLE PEOPLE" have no say.. It's something so simple as a bat, but if you don't have the Ethics and Morals, what's the point. If you seal a chocolate or car, sealing is sealing is sealing.. Keep your broken bat, after my dstv contarct is over, I will find alternative..
Good Morning, So edgars runs a promotion where club members gets 15% off a purchase that's overR600. My purchase was to the value of R1610, but only recieved R180 off. I'm not great at maths, but using my cellphone calculator, R1610 - 15% gives me R241,50. When I queried at the till points, they say that the systems works it out automatically, so I didn't want to make a fuss , as the till operator, is just following instructions. A store as big as edgars, should get their marketing done correctly, and stop cheating and robbing their customers.
<p>I walked into molly malone's fourways pub wanting to watch soccer,when I get there it was quiet, music on, people just talking. I ordered a drink asked the guy to change the sound so I hear the commentary, and he does..5 minutes later someone changes it to the rugby commentary
