Phone was booked in twice already for repairs but the phone still freezes. I pay my monthly insurance but they want me to book the device in again for third time. Horrible service. Phone freezes then the screen is black
Good day, I sent an email to Liberty life on the 07th July 2020, regarding my mum's policy as she was at their office in Bellville the 03 July 2020, but the office was closed. We have still not received any feedback regarding the questions we asked about her policy. Instead we received an email from an financial advisor asking us how he can help us with the policy. I replied to the advisor and told him, in the original email I already explained everything, so I want answers and refuse to explain everything again and why can't a consultant call my mum.
My father passed away 05 August 2018, my mother along with her children completed documents and it was handed in the 14August 2018 for a claim on the policy my father had with them, today is the 09January 2019, we still don't have feedback about the claim and between the date of submission there was additional paper work that we needed to completed, which was also given to them but still no feedback, you call and the consultant you spoke to is always busy and even the supervisor don't return client's calls.
Good day, I purchased a Milkshake maker on Clicks online on Tuesday, 02 January 2018, on Wednesday afternoon I receive my email to advise my order has been dispatched and delivery takes 1-3 working days as I selected to have it delivered at a store that I can collect it. I gave it till Monday, 08 January 2018, but still no luck, called the online department, they logged a call to contact the courier to find out why the parcel has not been delivered to the store yet, I then follow up the 09 January 2018, only to be told that they must still contact the courier, they haven't done is yet. I am not happy about this bad service.
