Hi everyone, I have supported this company for the past three years, but unfortunately my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I brought in my Ender 3 S1 Plus for repair, and the printer was kept for two weeks. I was quoted R1,024 just for a diagnosis, yet after all that time I was eventually informed that they could not repair the machine and the diagnosis was cancelled entirely. The issue turned out to be simple: the extruder was not feeding filament. However, when I received my printer back, I noticed several problems: • A missing ***** on one of the hot-end fans. • Only one ***** was fitted on the stepper motor. • The connector on the hot-end board was bent, and instead of repairing it correctly, the cable was super-glued into the board. • After waiting for my collection, I was told to go and find my own printer at the back, which reflects a lack of organisation and professional service. After doing my own research, I found the actual fix elsewhere for R40, which raises even more concerns about the service I received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend taking your printer to them for repairs or purchasing parts from them. The level of incompetence and poor workmanship I encountered is unacceptable. For your own peace of mind and your machine’s safety, I would strongly advise seeking service elsewhere.

<p>I have had telkom 5 Months 50gb wireless, it is so slow and the gb go so fast i don't know why. Then you phone telkom they say they will make a case and you don't get a case number. When you tell them the problem they just say sorry but never sort out the problem. i have been on the phone with them over 32 times and only 6 cases was made. Then i got showmax thinking it won’t take my data as advertised on telkom. wrong it does and when you phone in and you say, you have a probelm no case then phone again no case, then you get a case then they say it is resolved and it is not i then stop my showmax so i thought but when i go a invoice i was charged twice then i ask for a refund then they say sorry and that the other person did not cancel the showmax. So now i want to cancel the account, when i opened it i was told i can cancel it at any time but then get told 21 working days so now i going to pay for the account again on top of the money the still owe me. and zero has come from it. Then i phoned to get the account cancel and the call agent said will send me the form i ask for it 6 times on that can it has been a day still no form and i need to look for it myself. The experience with telkom must be the worst i have ever experience in my life i don't want anyone to go through this if you want to get a telkom account think twice rather go with JacaWifi ask for Jeandre say you got the number from Kyle go to http://www.jacawifi.co.za/contact.html and he will make your life so much easier and you have quick internet.
