False adverti*****t on fees
On the Website the adverti*****t show R899 once off for under 21years of Age. When we wanted to register online, the amount all of a sudden shows R1899. False adverti*****t ??

Wrong Information given by Call Centre
<p>On Monday, 12 December 2016, I've phoned the call centre to apply for an extended loan. The person who helped me said that my Personal Loan is in arrears with R2100. The more I told him that the amount he see is the Installment amount, the more he kept on saying it is the arrears amount. He rejected the loan application. When I phoned the call centre again, was transferred to the 8th person, the lady said that the guy who helped me looked at the wrong screen. He looked at the Next Payment Amount, as my account is not in arrears. Which I know. Because I do receive a statement monthly. This morning I phoned the Nedbank Branch in Sasolburg. The lady said that they cannot assist me. I need to wait for 30 days before I can apply again. This mistake was not MINE = it was Nedbank's :-( </p>
