Worst company I have ever dealt with. Legal information not stipulated in contracts. Not willing to assist in any way.

Branch Management Training ****
The company is a pyramid scheme. Management lies to you when you arrive for the "interview", which on the first day is from 08:00 to 18:00 with no breaks. You are not paid the commission you are owed and they do not respond to your requests.

Terrible customer service
The external Sales representative for MTN made a huge mistake on a contract that can not be reversed. Ignition Group refuses to answer phone calls and deal with the problem. When contacted directly from MTN, they were told there was nothing they could do, despite this being recorded and the error still made and not corrected.

Great service and going the extra mile
How wonderful that a company like Isabella Garcia understands a person's financial situation. I was told I was being retrenched and when I called to cancel they offered me a longer term for payment as well skipping the month I would be retrenched. I am thankful and surprised at the great service.

Outstanding
I had the best dealings with Marguerite Du Plessis, she was so friendly and helpful and made sure that I understood everything before I agreed to my insurance. She was open and honest about the policy and what I can expect. Fantastic, I couldn't be happier to have dealt with such a wonderful person
