PharmaCare Alpha Pharmacy Windermere Shopping Center Two Caucasian pharmacists behind the counter @Alpha Pharm Windermere Center, I asked Maria the pharmacist for a price on my prescription meds, I didn't have the script on me but I had the name and quantity, she said that their pharmacy is not allowed to give pricing without a script, I then went to Clicks, the pharmacist there was happy to give me the price also I then called Malvern Alpha Pharm, the pharmacist there whose name is Kerry gave me the pricing over the phone, so why did Maria at Windermere Shopping Center pharmacy refused to give me the price, also there was another Caucasian male standing next to her who was extremely rude to me. Clicks pharmacists was so courteous and pleasant to me. Dissatisfied customer.
Really bad food, they are refrying old fresh chips, foods that supposed to be kept in the refrigerator is left out in the open, cooking area looks filthy. Send the health department in there please to inspect. Wrap It Up Sparks Rd. Durban KZN
<p>Checkers-Virginia Circle,Durban</p> <p>The Manageress Kathy was extremely rude and bias to me this afternoon,I had bought Norwegian Salmon that was tasting bad sour taste,I had my receipt and the bar code sticker,only a small piece had been missing. Kathy made me wait for more then half an hour in the store,she didn't want to refund my money back,I heard her saying to another supervisor that I was a pain in the **** because I was complaining about waiting so long,she also tried to punish me by not refunding all my money,Kathy then weighed the Salmon & said she will not give me the whole refund,obviously we tasted a small amount so there was a small piece missing,she asked me to go back home and get the remaining portion,I then became angry and went back home and got the bad piece that was in the bin,all in all it took me 2 hours to get my refund.Kathy is just a mean rude person who does not have any customer service etiquette.She had spoilt my whole day and caused me to stress out by giving me anxiety issues and chest pains which I had to go see my doctor for. I am a paying customer and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable.I trust Kathy will be disciplined accordingly and hope she does not be mean to other customers in the future. I will take up my issues with the Consumer bureau and Hello Peter.I am a 50 year old person who wishes to be treated with respect and dignity. Dissatisfied Customer</p>
<p>I was appointed a commisioner(RAVITHA) @ the CCMA,she is a cold unwellcoming person who downs to us clients in need of help,she has an unpleasant attitude especially amung her own Indian race,her personality becomes warmer & better in the presence of talking with a caucasian,please review this commisioner or get rid of her,she is bias against her own race of people.</p> <p> </p>
