My dad and mom went for Covid tests in January of this year. Pathcare submitted it, using all the correct and accurate codes. Bonitas didn't pay it. Bonitas first claimed Pathcare didn't submit it correctly, then claimed that it was never submitted, yes in that order. Now they are claiming some third party claims administrator they use are to blame. Lies, and mismanagement or both. Please note, this is not the first time Pathcare has submitted Covid blood tests - they know how to do it - and they resubmitted it, again failing on Bonitas' side. Pathcare has now proceeded to hand over my mom and dad to debt collectors. Bonitas, you are the worst medical aid in the history of this country. You are inept and I will be logging a Council for Medical Schemes complaint if this is not resolved in the next two days. And if it gets to a sheriff showing up at my dads house to attach his furniture, I will personally file a civil case against you and name every single person whos name I have on record, including managers in this case. I have had it with how you treat old people and how you blatantly ignore the laws - Covid tests are PMB. How do you proclaim to be a world class medical aid, when you can't or won't pay two standard blood tests, that is required by law, almost three months down the line?
I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who is not capable of communicating due to a language barrier and his age. I suspect the BonCap management is preying on people with this disposition. On the 10th of November 2021 Pathcare submitted claims to Boncap. This was paid by Boncap on the 18th of November 2021 - he received a statement from Pathcare and a monthly statement from BonCap as proof. However, on the 24th of November, he received a notice from Pathcare, that these claims have been reversed by BonCap. No reason was given by BonCap as to why this was reversed after paying for it initially. These tests are part of his PMB treatment plan, and Boncap has been paying this for years. He phoned BonCap on the 30th of December 2021 (reference number: 301221QXYB3Y), but have had no reply from them. In the meantime Patchare is sending him threatening letters. I phoned (as his son - through a conference call) on the 12th of January 2022, to get to the bottom of this, and received a solemn promise that a team leader would sort this out immediately and give me a call. No call, no emails and it is yet another 5 days later. This is the final attempt, before logging a Council for Medical Schemes complaint.
Excellent service. Errols was able to find a set of tyres for me that none of my local suppliers could find. Great communication from the sales team. Kept me up to date regularly. Gave me a tracking number and the company they chose was also very fast. The payment options were quick and easy as well.
Cozy atmosphere. Lovely owner and staff. Great menu and child friendly. Goes out of their way to make sure even the take away experience is good.
The OK Food store in Gordons Bay has been simply amazing during the past week. They have gone out of their way to make the shopping experience safe and convenient with the Corona scare.

Werner went out of his way to communicate clearly, work around our schedules and put us at ease regarding the quality of his work. He knew we have had our fair share of shoddy contractors, so he actually got the inspector to come out and co-sign the gas Compliance Certificate. We can definitely recommend Imagine Gas for gas installations.</p>
