On the 13th of December 2024 at about 13:45 I wanted to put in fuel at the Total Energies garage at Shopping Centre, 1033 Saxby Ave, Eldoraigne, Centurion, 0157. There were cars putting in fuel at bay 1 & 2 and I approached bay no 3. There were two pump attendants standing in the middle of the bay talking. I decided to press the hooter and make a joke by telling them in Sepedi language: "O tshogile" meaning "did I frighten you? The one guy whose name I later learned was Ephriam,turned around and told me in a very agravated tone: "You could have used bay no 4, why hoot abd bother ud?" I would not have reported this, but just the guy's attitude and words triggered my own temper and I decided to approach the Manager. I asked him to come and talk to his very aggravated attendant. I repeated what happened and this Ephraim person told the manager that I am lying (" bolela maaka" - telling lies. I told the Manager that I was telling the truth and asked him if that was the way that customers are treated at that filling station. Ephraim started swearing at m using the word "****". The Manager walked away saying nothing further. I decided to follow him and wrote down what happened. He told me someone would approach me, but
I paid to have the licence of a Datsun car and a trailer renewed on the Capitec banking App. The licence was already at the courier company on the 13 th September 2024, but they failed to deliver the licence for a whole week. They only attempted to deliver on Friday 20 September after 14:00. My wife has already left by then. The school was furthermore already closed by then for the October break. The courier company was phoned time and again on Friday 20 September and Monday 23 September 2024 with NO POSITIVE RESULT to change the delivery date. They made promises to do so but did not follow through. The courier attempted to deliver on Monday 23 September 2004 again, but the school was closed as stated above until 01 Oct. 2024. The guy from the courier was told that arrangements were made to have the package delivered on the 02 Oct. 2024, but on the 24th September 2024 he tried to deliver the package again! The courier company was phoned again and made aware that the school was closed and was requested to deliver the licence on 02 October 2024. I received a message that the licence cannot be delivered because it was returned to RTMC. I phoned the courier company and complained but was told it was returned to RTMC and it is now my problem not theirs. A controller told them to return it. They just washed their hands off the issue.
There was a ***** incident (R550) with a debit card after my wife bought something from Facebook. She stopped the transaction. But the card was not stopped by the bank in spite of several requests, even by a Fnb official phoning the Fnb ***** line. Three weeks later another incident occurred (R5000). My wife reported it an was told that it would be resoved within 7 days. When she queried after 7 days, she was informed that need to wait 30 days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. She is a pensioner and have nothing in her account as a result of the above incidents.
