Momentum is so frustrating. I have continuously been calling them trying to withdraw my funds. I have submitted all the documents, but all I get are excuses. It really is unfair and unethical that you give to clients the run around when its time to payout a claim. My employer initiated the withdrawal process, which I then completed, I don't understand why the claim cannot be processed. Momentum is supposedly a reputable company, but its disheartening that clients are treated this way.
I am very disappointed and frastuated with smart village.I have called them countless times regarding my Dstv connection fault at Jackal creek golf estate.Everytime I call the call centre agent assures me that technicians are going to come,however no one has showed up.I feel this is unprofessional and unfair to customers.Please do not promise if you can't assist.I am sadly very disappointed.
