I bought a new 2019 model Honda brv 1.5 from Honda pinetown On the 6th of December my vehicle refused to start at Stamford hill road Durban around 5pm I contacted AA who then came and towed the vehicle and to the AA depot and then to Honda pinetown on the 7th of December After Honda checked the vehicle they advised that nothing was wrong and returned the vehicle to me On Monday the 9th of December I experienced the same problem with vehicle not starting and i waited for 10 mins and then tried starting again and it did start On Wednesday 11th of December at around 7.30am I stopped at engen garage on Stamford hill road to fill fuel and thereafter the vehicle refused to start I again contacted AA who arrived an hour later and the vehicle was now towed to Honda umhlanga After the vehicle was kept at Honda for the entire day I was advised that there was no problem with the vehicle Honda refused to offer me a cortousey car while my vehicle was at the premises Today 14th of December at 6pm I experienced the same issue and the vehicle is refusing to start I messged the sales man from Honda pinetown to advise that I will be getting the vehicle towed to them on Tuesday as they are not open till then and will cancel my debit order with the bank until my vehicle is sorted a new one is given to me This vehicle is 9 months old and Honda cannot assist me This vehicle is unsafe as I could again be stuck in an area taht is unsafe at night and my family and myself could be in danger
I purchased a fancy ceiling light from Ismails hardware Chatsworth in Jan 2018 I paid R1600 for the light and was happy with my purchase On the 27th of March the light stopped working I contacted Ismails hardware advising on the problem and they advised that they will not give refund but will get someone to contact me and come check the fault Few days later after not hearing from them I called again and was told that it seems to be a power box inside the light that could have blown and they will replace this They said that once they receive the power box they will ask me to collect After not hearing from them again I called and was told that they will definitely sort it out this Monday 16th April Today 18th still nothing I sent the sales person an sms and never even got a reply It seems that this light will never be sorted so I’ve decided to dis assemble the light and leave it at their store They can fit a new power box and sell it to another customer cos it’s easy money for them to make They are now R1600 richer for an item that didn’t even last over 3 months Will never ever shop there again
<p>my vehicle was stolen on the 23rd of November and a claim was done with Santam.</p> <p>the vehicle was recovered on the 26th of November and had been stripped off all parts and only the shell was left behind.</p> <p> </p> <p>i still await Santam to settle this claim as the assesors cannot decide on this.</p> <p>I do not get any feedback from Santam or the Assessors on this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
