I have always loved this store in the US but since they launched in a South Africa I’ve experienced the service as really poor. They’re return policy is 7 days on sale items. And you can’t return anything without a receipt. Management was really not fazed with helping me. Just generally disappointed Probably won’t shop there again.
<p>On Thursday at 4pm I placed an online order, and early the next morning (fri) phoned the online number to change the delivery address as I won't be able to pick up the goods from the previous address - I was informed that the consultant (Michelle) will communicate with the delivery company to change this. </p> <p>I also called the following day to check if this had been done, and it was confirmed yes (address changed) to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly the the package was delivered to the wrong address and now I don't have a Christmas box! </p> <p>I am absolutely saddened. I believe there was ample time to change the address phone the delivery company to change this, as the package was only shipped 3 days later, from my first phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>also the package was delivered into the hands of a random security guard at my complex, I was never informed of it arriving there, it was just given to someone else, for which I have paid already!</p> <p> </p> <p>i am a bit shocked by this. I mean maybe someone should call to find out first?</p> <p> </p> <p>i also found the attitudes of the consultants not that helpful, as I didn't find them trying to find a solution... like it was left in my hands now to sort out?</p> <p> </p> <p>The communication just stopped, unless I phoned and hassled them. I am still waiting for a response on my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am truly disappointed </p> <p> </p> <p>at this stage I might just return it all and forget about the whole thing!</p> <p> </p>
