Manager on dury 24 June 13h30 Terrible service Shouts at customers Shouts that she doesn't want exchange, we must go to Cavendish Terrible! Please hire someone with customer service, I'm not shopping at Shoprite, I'm at Forever new. I expect better!!!

Went to go buy a little black dress, since I had nothing to wear for a night out. When I was buying my card had declined because of their malfunctioning card machines, so I offered to go withdraw the money instead. I thought that maybe I had reached my daily limit for the day but once I calculated I knew I hadn’t spent so much. So I came back to the shop with the money and this Indian lady helps me with a nasty attitude and I tell her that there might be a problem with the card machine, since I withdraw the money with no problems. She tells me that the problem is with me and not them. She asks for the money in such a rude manner and utters snark remarks to check if the money is enough as if I couldn’t afford a dress. Then she says “Thank you” in a loud irritating manner. I’m so discouraged to go back to that shop again. The shop is empty with no customers, I think I was the only one inside looking for something at that time. They couldn’t even appreciate that I’m brining money to their business. So disappointing!

Great experience at Forever 21 store in Stanton. Had a little accident rushed into the store around closing time on 26/10/2019.the Security lady assisted me she was very friendly. ND two other ladies helped me pick the item to assist me. The one even accompanied me to the tills. Making sure I felt safe. I walked in that store feeling so embarrassed about wat had happened. But the service was excellent. I'm definitely going back. Hope the staff gets recognized for their humanity and putting customers first.

I have always loved this store in the US but since they launched in a South Africa I’ve experienced the service as really poor. They’re return policy is 7 days on sale items. And you can’t return anything without a receipt. Management was really not fazed with helping me. Just generally disappointed Probably won’t shop there again.

Some one I was shopping with left their new android phone in the store at Nelson Mandela Square just prior to it closing for the day and didn't realise until very much later the mishap. On calling the store,first thing the next morning, we were advised that a phone was handed to management and we could claim it if we could provide adequate proof it belonged to the person. I was absolutely taken aback as I resigned myself to not finding the phone especially during the busy festive season, Dec '17. A refreshing surprise considering the crime that is rife everywhere today. I commend the honesty of the staff. Keep it up!

Good Day I would like to thank Mr Jerome Viljoen ( Store Manager ) and Mr Kabelo Malaeane for their exceptional customer service , made their work difficult as i could not provide them with necessary info/details required , however they managed to manually trace my transaction details . I know of many stores whereby they will easily turn you back !! GREAT work guys !!!!!
