Not willing to educate clients
Can we please get helpful individuals that are willing to assist customers at customer service. Called to confirm buy any 3 for 2 pretzels or pretzels deal 150g/180g as per advertised in store but was made to repeat myself and sound like an idiot by Vuyo, I asked to be transferred to Nathen who was very helpful but held until forever... until I hung up

Theft : Edgars Club Life
Still awaiting call recording and feedback .I logged a complain in regards to Edgars Club Life deductions which i recently became aware that Edgars has been STEALING my money for the last 5 years ! Account protection i understand its compulsory, however I have NEVER agreed to this and i want every cent paid back in my account .

Exceptional Service
Good Day I would like to thank Mr Jerome Viljoen ( Store Manager ) and Mr Kabelo Malaeane for their exceptional customer service , made their work difficult as i could not provide them with necessary info/details required , however they managed to manually trace my transaction details . I know of many stores whereby they will easily turn you back !! GREAT work guys !!!!!

Compliment
I would like to compliment Portia Ntsuntsha on her Super Spectacular service despite giving her grey hair and a headache . Even after the horrible ordeal we had with Kulula Cape Town she tried her level best to assist but it was unfortunately at the mean managers discretion Portia keep up the service dear ! Life has other ways of blessing you !

Humanity !
I was so disappointed when Ms Lydia Higgins (manager ) in Cape Town looked at us in the eyes and blatantly refuted us after missing our flight and advised that we had to pay our way back home . We were almost hijacked ! Mugged at gun point the night before our departure . The morning of the departure the officer calls us last min to sign off papers at about 06: 30 AM . Yes , i agree business is business but what happened to the element of humanity ?? ?????The embarrassment of having to borrow cash for a return ticket from family ,friends and colleagues and yet i was on holiday ................................................disappointing
