Fen 2016 We opened an rent to own acc for a TV and washing machine. Paid up and got a 2nd TV in May2019, installment R269.00 due to the Covid-19 we are now in arrears. I requested an invoice and was horrified, installment of R95 and R23 was added -fir the paid-up articles, We were never informed that we had to notified Teljoy that we want full ownership on paid up articles. So now we have an account of R4713.00 outstanding. When we questioned the amount only then they notified that we now need to I form them of the ownership transfer story! This is so so unfair, unprofessional, were are the commitment to keep their clients happy? The ownership transfer-dtiry was never never discussed when we signed the contracts?
<p>No problem with teljoy, until I was introduced to the Insurance comp on excisting appliances(eady fix) my speedqueen washing was in working condition, only the cycle selection stopped working. Insurance company collected my machine, two weeks later, I was informed I need to pay R1200 before my machine could be repaired. Not once was a co-payment mentioned, when the insurance was discussed, and I was informed that a loan machine would be at my service, shame, no such thing! I asked them to bring my machine back, switch the machine on, guess what? Started washing, spinning and rinsing all in one??? And smoke at the back with one heavy burning smell of wires burning?? Tried to phone twice this werk to speak to Dominique, left messages? All I need and expect from teljoy and their insurance co, my machiine in the same condition, at the time the machine was removed from my premises. </p>
