I have been with Sanlam Gap cover for 4 years and with my first pregnancy I had no issues with my claims, I was contacted via email should any additional information was needed and the process was smooth. 2 years later , Kaelo has taken over and the service has gone to almost none existent. My first claim submitted took 4 weeks to be paid out and that was after a follow up phone call after 10 business days of submission. My second claim, which hasn't been paid out yet, has only gone through today for authorization after I called in and followed up. And it has been 3 weeks already since I submitted my claim. When I called in I was told there is a document missing, I asked why didn't you guys email me like before, the consultant was short and not interested to explain the poor service. From the best Gap cover to the worse , I honestly don't recommend this policy because of the after service, your claims get paid out 2 months later, the communications is non existent and the customer service is so poor. Sanlam should be ashamed to attach their name to Kaelo.

I was approved a loan at Direct Axis in which my online banking profile reflects the loan account however the balance on the profile shows including interest over the loan period and not the current outstanding balance to date.

The point of my online banking is to track my accounts and maintain them accordingly. Every time I would want to check my correct balance I need to phone them.

I want the balance of the loan to refect as to date like my other accounts. If this is how you want to crook your clients to believing this is how much they owe before their interest were even accrued then I am extremely dissapointed with the company.

Fix my online account balance!!

I would just like to know how does it take over 3 months to fix a phone where the screen has been cracked?

My sister has no phone for 3 months and unfortunately she cannot write this by herself either due to the lack of mobile devices.

Have someone contact me please because this is unacceptable!!!!!

Dear Vodacom

This whole experience was quite appalling!

Firstly it all started when I wanted to port my number over to Vodacom. I went into the Waterfront in which I walked around waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no they were more interested on what was on their phones. Nevertheless I forced myself into someone's space for assistance.

The guy then proceeded to assist me, he inserted some data on his PC and I got an OTP in which he typed in, he then told me I need to wait 24 hours in which I will receive a SMS confirming the port. I asked him if I could purchase a simcard in the mean time as I have read that you could also SMS "port me" followed by the new SIM card number and that will do... He advised I shouldn't. This was Thursday.

On Monday (still no SMS) I went back to the Waterfront store and told my story to a young lady (who was busy sitting on her phone). She told me she could not assist because Vodacom is offline (which I understood). I then asked her if I can purchase a simcard in the mean time and she said it wouldn't make a difference. The reason why I asked for the simcard is because when I called in they also advised me to go the SMS route BUT NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE ME A SIMCARD.

Anyway.... Tuesday I went to Cavendish store and the lady then searched for my number. She advised me that FNB has not released my number. The next morning I called FNB Connect and they have advised me that my number has been released since July 2016 as per their port policy.

I called in again after that in which the consultant couldn't assist me and transferred me to the solutions department. I was on hold for almost 15 mins before I dropped the call.

I am skeptical of moving over to Vodacom as this is the worse service I experienced at a mobile network. I need you to take my feedback as constructive; your Waterfront store is PATHETIC! The service is beyond bad and for a flagship store it's crazy. You walk in and no one acknowledges or attempts to help you.

I am writing this review to give you a change to redeem yourself. Help me port my number to Vodacom without any pains if you can't then I will remain or choose a different network. It's sad tho as Vodacom has the best coverage but the service is completely awful.

Regards
