I am furious with Vodacom not wanting to terminate my expired contracts.
I am really not happy with Vodacom. I feel that they are taking advantage of the lockdown situation. I have 2 contracts with them that expired and asked them too many times to convert them to pre-paid. I even wrote them a letter. I talk to their contact center agents, they still don't terminate the contracts, they keep on billing me monthly. Vodacom please terminate my expired contracts, you sending me bills is messing up my credit record because i will not pay you anymore for services i am no longer using.

ZA_DEALS.COM IS A SCAM!
ZA_DEALS.com are a scam, they do not exist, they just take your money and go mute. You will never get your parcel. I bought a laptop from them, they now went awol on me after having few chats and making sure that I paid for it. Be warned people.

Bad Customer Service, Such an inconvenience
<p>So i applied for their credit card on the 13th Feb 2017. I received the card on the 20th. i sent the documentation with the courier who delivered the card. I have been waiting since. Sell Direct Service Sucks!
<p>Following my earlier review, I will just stop the debit order that telkom takes because their sim card doesnt work, nobody picks up the activation line. These guys are a rip off. I dont want anything that has to do with Telkom anymore. I would rather stick with my expensive Vodacom shame!</p>

Sell Direct Service Sucks!
<p>I received my R199p/m, huawei 15GB router a month ago from sell direct. I have been trying to activate my Telkom sim ever since, there is no one picking up the activation line ********** 500. I am really frustrated now.</p>
