I have funeral covers at assupol for me and my family. Last year February I lost a family member and made a claim. It went well. As the time goes I experienced difficulties to get access to my client portal login. I wrote to them and sent emails with no success as there we no responses. One day a broker working with assupol visited my work place and I informed him about this, and immediately his facial impressions changed. He could face me. He then told me it might be because my policies are in arrears. I told him not, cause I made a stop order from day one, therefore it's not possible to miss payments to my premiums and it has been showing on my salary advice that premiums are paid every month. He helped me to login via his third party access. I then discovered that all my details and information are changed. Policies that I cancelled still exist and the deceased that I buried in March is a beneficiary. Dates of births are incorrect. I have been sending them emails to cancel all my policies but there is no response. I have written on their time line on Facebook then they delete or hide it to others. They have eventually asked me my contacts via inbox and vanished after. I really need to cancel my policies with them.
Complaint against Save Money Solutions I heard about this company from a guy that was working for them He posted on Facebook that they are the company helping with debt review removal. I applied and sent all the documents. I paid a once off fee of R5500 at the end of February this year and paying R1800 installments monthly. I was told that this will take 6-8 weeks for them to get me removed. After a long time 8 weeks was gone and the was no feedback. I contacted wanting to know how far is the application. A lady pretending to be my attorney working with my file told me my file is at the sheriff they will get the feedback on the following Monday. Monday came and gone no feedback not even a check up. Again I followed up and told to consult a certain person with no success. I was then after months told to submit same documents I submitted long ago as they could work on my file due to those documents missing Again time went nothing happened. I decided to check reviews about the company on hello Peter. I then discovered that they do this to everyone applied for debt removal. I then list trust and interest as I noticed that all reviews about them are negative and through due to experience about the company. I took screen shots of the reviews sent to them and ask them to cancel my application. They were so rude to me and they are now ignoring, declining and not responding to my calls. But the fact remains I have cancelled my application. They tried to convince me and promised a rapid progress. I told them I am nolonger interested. Please assist where and how do I go about getting this resolved and get them to refund my R5500 and R1800*3.

I would like to lay a complaint about Eskom employees. Thursday the the 24th of May we had no electricity due to something that happened in the box that the houses in my street are connected. We tried several occasions to contact Eskom with no luck. We have searched the number you SMS to they then arrived a day after. They went to the box and managed to fix other houses. The street they went to is at the back of ours. They left without checking if all the houses are ok leaving our not fixed. We tried to call them but the car moved away. We have been sending messages again then today I went to get something to eat at the nearest restaurant as I cannot cook due to lack of power they arrived and my neighbors tried to call me but the officials did not wanna wait for me and drove off.
I would like to know how does one contact GEPF. I resigned September 2019. I have been calling regarding the payout and its been 4 weeks now being told my file is at payment section. I had a terrible Christmas and my kids too. Now I am stressing about school fees, transport fees as well as stationery. Why must GEPF take long to pay out our pension whereas private companies does this on time. Someone needs to do his job properly.
Anybody aware of this company. I took a policy with them. And due to non fulfilled promises by my advisor I decided to cancel my policy with them. I called their head office and informed them about my decision. They tried to convince me to continue with them but I refused. They then sent me cancellation form to be completed and sent back to them. I did so and they responded to me saying my policy has been cancelled with the effect from 1 March this year. To my suprise the premium of March was deducted again and they told me to keep my pay slip as they were gonna refund me same day of receiving my payslip. I sent an email to them informing about this, there was no response after a couple of days I sent another email. I was then told about the investigation being done. I then sent another email following up on investigations. Yesterday they called me promising to get back to me before 12:00. Up until now I have not had from them. And I am worried that they are going to continue deducting my money and they will not refund me. How do I stop them and how do I get my refund?

But it kept on redirecting us on resetting the pin instead of providing us with a new pin. After resetting the pin we get doesn't work. I went to the branch and was sent to a telephone where I had to speak to an agent. Unfortunately that didn't work. He told me to take the same route even though I have explained to him that I did that already. He just insisted.
