Everytime I order from Binuns there is always an issue. Either no stock or still waiting for stock even though it shows "in stock" on line. Now after waiting for the stock I get an email saying "it seems you have not paid for the order" which I did. I called and they simply say please ignore the email. Dear Binuns I dont think you should be playing in the online store game.
Besides the extra long waits if you are not a takealot more client (I placed my order on 20 November), the service is no longer sharp. After not receiving my order yesterday, I called and was told the driver is in fact on his way. Today still nothing and called again and was given a bunch of excuses but was told I would get my order today. When I checked the website it now shows not yet shipped. I called very annoyed and was finally told the truth............they lost my ****** packages
And the award for the worst loyalty program and worst online customer service goes to Woolworths. My Difference reward program has not worked once. Weeks of calls, emails and even facebook messages get no response only "we need to refer it to the IT department. PATHETIC. Second month of expired loyalty rewards coming right up.
Surely people can do better than these money makers. Yesterday I went to the chemist and simple OTC medication was rejected although its a new year and have funds for OTC, the reason......I have not unlocked their new personal wealth fun. So to put everyone in the picture. No medication, doctors or anything will be covered for the first part of the year while you jump through their hoops to unlock their new idea to prevent paying for services you actually pay for monthly. If you looking for a fibre provider, try anyone else besides this company. There is 0 customer service which is a pity as the product is generally good
Only thing I can say is DONT apply for a woolies credit card. Pathetic to no service from the WFS team. Will definitely be closing credit account before I even use it. If they cant handle simple things in the beginning, I can only imagine what it will be like when they inevitably mess up something on the accounting. Don't do it people
Check your debit order dates with these sharks. On a new loan I distinctly told them the debit me on the 26th of every month as I only get paid on 25th of every month. This month they tried debiting on the 20th.

Pathetic service all around. Trying to get call recordings to log aggrievances with the banking ombudsman you simply get passed from 1 person to the next. All because the personnel gives bad information
