<p>Similar to the other poor reviews on this site, Free Alarms have been taking money from my account that they were not authorised to every month for a year now. When I try to get information on what it is for, I either can't get hold of the people, receive no response or get a blank email with just what they have charged me - not what for or where I authorised it. I tried to block it at the bank, but they change the debit order date and ref number each time to get around this. MY ADVISE IS STAY AWAY!</p>
<p>On Christmas Dial Direct decided to take their payment, 5 days earlier than the agreed date of payment each month, which also happens to be before my pay date and so put me in a negative financial position. Not cool... or legal!</p>
