The agent Ronelle was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me.
It was shocking from a lady by the name of Rebecca that captured the medical aid details about three times wrong and then said she forgot her reading glasses at home. Then even more shocking was the don't care attitude of the optometrist by the name of Lucy that said she don't care if we posted there bad service on the social network. And to top it all they said although the medical aid will pay in full, I must still pay over R300 for hardening on the lens. I said what if I don't want the hardening protection on the lens. They said it is a must. They are nothing but robbing people.
