On the 25th October 2022, I was in the Canal walk Telkom store for a upgrade. I opted for the OPPO deal which included the earbuds and smart watch. The store did not have any stock of the smart watch and I was assured when stock do arrive I will be informed. On the 4th November 2022, I went to the store and the consultant told me no stock has arrived. I told him I wasn't even given a curtesy call to inform me that the stock hasn't arrived. This morning I've been trying to make contact with the store as per on the number on the slip and keep getting a engaged or no connect tone. No I have no way of contacting them apart from going to the store physically, which I've done and still no calls from the store. This service is really Bad Service!
I took my 2 friends for a lunch treat at your restaurant as I had a awesome experience my 1st time. We asked for well done burgers with chips and onion rings. All 3 burgers was under done when we cut it half. We send it back to the kitchen and the chef only took off the halves, put it on the burner again and stacked it with the same halved buns. Now we don't know who's was who's. Very disappointed at the type of service I received yesterday(4th April 2021) compared to the 1st time around. I send a email to info@sugarhotel.co.za and have not received a single reply or acknowledgment from management. They also in the habit of saying they fully booked for a Saturday when you advise reception you have a voucher. Yet when you call minutes later a booking is available. They playing with my hard earned money like it means nothing to them
I'm so Disappointed and Disgusted in the service I received today at Herbalife Cape Town M5 Business Park, more so in the store manager Chris(Christopher) who turn us away after standing in the queue for over 2 hours. The security guard was told to close the doors and communicated to their colleague the store is closed. When we asked to speak to the Store manager,he came with a mouth full and had no intention of listening to our pleads and told us why didn't we order for delivery? Why should we if the option was to pick up at the store? Chris had no empathy and said we stand in long queues at the shopping malls and today was no different(some of the patrons were there for the 2nd and 3rd time and send back every time). I asked why could there not be a queue for just pick up and he said there was patrons fighting, which we witnessed as well. The patrons who started the fight I noticed was drinking alcohol in the car with his friends. I informed the security guard of this and his response was just " he'll call the police if they fought again" . How is this safe for the patrons, business and employees of M5 Business park? They were not told to leave knowing they under the influence of alcohol. If they can't handle the business and walk-ins I suggest they open another branch.

<p>Service delivery failure time after time after time. I applied for a contract start of November, waited for the fones till end of November after going to the store every week. 1 fone's number had a problem porting from mtn to Telkom, waited another week and a half, again up and down to the store. No one taking initiative to follow up and sort out. When the ornament finally got sort I discovered the fone was faulty, which if follow up and customer service was rendered I could have picked up the same week I the fone. Store manager, Geneve Haupt, promised to follow up after hearing my long story and would ask the fone be replaced 2 weeks ago. I send her a email and text to do my own follow up and got no reply. Today I went into the store and was told they have a new store manager. It's been So hard just to get feedback from this Telkom branch. Now I'm with no fone and back to square one. What the Hell!</p>
