Pathetic Service Car Track
Collected my vehicle on Sat. Still waiting for Car Track to install my device. Despite making arrangements for today the person did not pitch. In the meantime my car is not covered for theft because Cartrack cannot do a simple thing like install the device. Imagine when I have an emergency .

Poor Delivery Service
The purchase experience was fine but I guess that when they want your money. Arranged delivery 1 week in advance. Come day of delivery I took the day off. Was promised delivery only to find that they did not load my item on the truck for the day. Spoke to sales consultant and store manager. Store manager promised to call back , did not have the decency to call me back. Still waiting for delivery . Item purchased was a base and as a result my son will sleep on the floor. How disappointing. Was waiting to order more products when it comes back in stock , sorry Matress & Couch you lost a customer. Have the decency to call your customers back
