Ask for discount said none , Paid fine and then they paid over to traffic department and got 50 % off . they pocketed the money,

I paid my fines and no discount allowed , a few months back, you can imagine my disbelief when traffic department send me letters of the fines saying thay were halved. I asked and lady came back and said fines had been settled. Who gets the other half of monies paid. This is a **** . Asked to pay fiull amount , they claim discount 50% and this is ******* ,

Poor Poor service < Scam
Shocking , wont recommend shoddy shoddy , quick to take money and when explain problem , no replies , cancelled a week ago and hotel asked today if still coming only recieved notification today.

Poor Reponses
Have tried over a month to sort out my questions but get moved from pillar to post with no direct answers . They answer and when i test what they say they twist. Been on hospital plan for 5 years never claimed but premium increased over 35 % this year alone. They stopped the hospital plan and now are making it affordable to make you switch. They take over 20 comm and 30 % management fees . Why comm when you dealing direct is beyond me. You wait up to three weeks to get an answer , for which they apologize but forget to answer reasonable questions Very disappointing. One Star to much for customer services

Shocking Service
<p>Bought a TV and broke after a month took it back and after four months got it back broke again Demanded a new on e and now been on a run around for 6 weeks full of promises no delivery</p>
