I adopted a cat from the vet in August, and on the food there was a voucher for free pet insurance. I activated it at the end of August so my cat should have been covered September, October and November. In September Doture called me and asked if I would like to continue with the policy after the 3 months. They toom the first debit order In October, I called them and told them the first payment was suppose to go off December. So I decided this is not a company I want to work with and asked them to stop the policy. It has gone off every month, I have emailed them, called them and there is no reaction. I feel that they have ****** 3 premium from me. Avoid them at all cost.
I have been with Turnberry for 4 years. They have had my back with every shortfall, copay and more. I trust them completely.
