At the end of August 2017, I made an arrangement with the bank to sell my car as I wasn’t able to afford it, the offer to purchase was sent through to VAF legal department as well as my signed letter to say I accept the offer as well as a letter to say I take liability for the shortfall. The bank was then supposed to send me documents for Akcnowledgement of Debt to sign, till this day I have not received the documentation and to top it off I have lost my buyer! What enrages me above all else is the debit order that they took from my account on Friday meaning now I have no funds left in my account due to this and worse being told by staff at branch that it cannot be reversed without a reference number from VAF! I called in again yesterday and sent emails and received a call from a said supervisor who promised to give me a call around 10am this morning. No call has been made. I’m sick and tired of doing follow ups with people who are not doing their job,!, furthermore what kind of a bank is unable to make reversals on behalf of their clients! Unacceptable standard bank! You have got to be the worst bank by far!
<p>I'm very disappointed in the srvice I have been receiving from Decor Mechanics regarding receiving my refundable deposit for some items which I hired on the 2nd of December 2016. It is now today the 30th December and I still have NOT received my money bac**** what makes me even more angry is each time I call, I'm promised that my name is on the lis to receive the refund because they had a backlog, I'm still WAITING as I'm typing this review! The lies that I was told were unnecessary and extremely offensive as a customer. To have to wait a whole month for a refundable deposiT when they have they stuff returned to them is extremely unfair and unprofessional!</p>
