There's a promotion running on Instagram and Facebook about a special of R37 of chicken licken, I was prompt to enter my banking details to get this offer, my account has been debited and I have not received the food, I have contacted chicken licken and have received no help at all, I even informed my bank to reverse the purchase and they said they will investigate but my hard earned money has been taken
I have recently taken up a temporary loan with Fnb, this happened a week ago and I took it via cell phone banking, on the 19th of July I had a friend deposit money in my account that I was gonna use for transport, to go to work and back and for my kids transport to school, Fnb took the money out of my account without an explanation, I was panicking and scared so I went to Fnb branch to find out what happened to the money and they told me that the temporal loan took the money from my account and it was not yet the day they suppose to take money and the money is even less the the money I took with them so we called the call centre for temporal loan to get the money reversed and they told me that they won't, I explain to them that the company I work for does not take absentism a litely and that if I'm unable to go to work it will lead to termination of employment and not to mention that my kids won't be able to attend school, they said I must wait until the end of business day and the money will be reversed into my account and they will debut on my pay day, I've been waiting ever since , Monday is fast approaching and have no idea what I'm gonna do, I'm certainly gonna take this to the banks ombudsman because I can officially tell u that come Monday and I don't go to work due to this, I have lost my Job and I have no one to help look after my kids
<p>i bought a cell phone called Boost Mobile and a month later the phone just died without anyreason, i bought the phone from Edgards in Birch Acres mall in Tembisa, as u would think, i took the phone back to Edgars, they took my phone and told me they going to send it back to the makers of the phone and within three weeks i will have my phone back, this was seven weeks ago, i keep calling the boost mobile call centre which takes centuries to answer their phone and finally i got to speak to tshidiso who transferred me to owen and they were botth telling stories that my phone was held up at the couriers but the phne was now fixed and dispatched and it was Dispatched on the 22nd of December 2016, i obviously went to the store to collect my phone and the ladies working as Edgars told me they have not received the phone, the lady called boost mobile and the boost mobile agent refused to talk to me</p>
