I placed an order in May and then in June when the item was supposed to arrive and hadn’t even been shipped yet, I logged a refund. Since then it has been me following up and begging for my refund. I’m a teacher who was retrenched and was scammed by this company with empty promises and ignoring of emails. All I’m asking for is a refund.
I wanted to return a product and the company went above and beyond to look for an alternative for me. I love shopping at a business where the customer comes first!
I placed an order in May and after 2 months when the order still hadn’t arrived I requested a refund. I have been told every timeline from 72 hours to 60-90 days for my refund. There is a chain of 25 emails going back and forth with excuses of why they can’t refund me, even though they were at fault. Such a disappointment because I was hoping this business was legit
Service was excellent, car was great, price was fantastic! Wouldn’t use anyone else!

SECOND TIME. I have been an FNB customer for 13 years and their service is just getting worse! I sent an email to the director department on 18/12/20. No response. I replied to that email on the 23/12/20. No response. I filled out a call me back form on 23/12/20. On the 28/12/20, someone forwarded my call me back to me and another department. It is now the 6/1/21 and I still haven’t received any actual response except for the automated response about someone getting back to me within 24-48 hours. I posted this review on the 6/01/2021 and as yet there has been no resolution. I got an email from a consultant asking what the problem was and I responded numerous times, even the other forex department replied to me and cced in the forex department that should be helping me but there’s still no help from Fnb. I AM NOT IN SOUTH AFRICA AND THEREFORE NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTANT WHO IS ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE VIA EMAIL. I understand that some businesses are lacking in technology but this is appalling. It’s now a month since my initial email and I still haven’t had any help
Honestly the BEST insurance company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Their attention to detail and care for their customers is something I have never experienced!

Stopped my insurance with Oakhurst in 2016 and continued the netstar until July 2020 when I sold the car. Still being debited in August and not receiving responses to emails!
I have already complained about FNB on hellopeter but am now having to do it again due to the lack of response From FNB. I complained about the fact that it was a nightmare to change my name and I hadn’t received new cards and so they contacted me and someone named Bongani assured me that I would not charged for the replacement cards. Shock horror I have been charged for the replacement cards AND Bongani is no longer replying to my emails and neither is premier banking. Imagine paying what I pay on interest and bank fees to not even get an email response
