Shocking customer service. Refused to exchange my item purely because the tag had come off while I tried on the garment. They then said I can collect my original item again from Sandton but I however live in Cape Town. Highly established retailers like Woolworths exchange items without tags. This is not how you do business and we, as consumers, are protected against this under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. They just dont seem to care!
Snakes! Absolute snakes! Worst customer service, no one knows whats going on. Daylight *******. Not sure how they are still in business!
