I bought a set and it was over R600 a piece. I later find that it really isnt suitable for running at all. I tried it on 2 occasions and was so disappointed that the material doesn't hold tight. The pants slides down and the top rides upwards. Wouldn't recommend for runners at all. Worst experience for such an expensive brand.

I received my order on 4 May and returned it on 5 May. To date no reply form this company acknowledging that they received the items. I would not recommend this company to anybody as they are not interested in customer satisfaction.

Shocking customer service. Refused to exchange my item purely because the tag had come off while I tried on the garment. They then said I can collect my original item again from Sandton but I however live in Cape Town. Highly established retailers like Woolworths exchange items without tags. This is not how you do business and we, as consumers, are protected against this under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. They just dont seem to care!

I purchased a high impact bra, which is of very poor quality and definitely not for high impact support. The matching tights is not true to the measurement I ordered, I am ever so sorry I made this online purchase. Should have read the reviews beforehand.

Zulu Zenith doesn’t have a return policy… they have a “no matter what, you’re not getting your money back” policy. Returned an item exactly as instructed: unworn, tags attached, original packaging. They rejected it saying it got “dirty” in transit and somehow that’s my fault? So let me get this straight… I follow your rules, your courier messes up, and I pay the price? That’s not a return policy, that’s a setup.

Really disappointed with my experience with Zuluzenith. I spent over R800 and even had to pay courier fees to return my order, only for them to reject the return. I literally only tried the item on to check the fit, and now they’re saying there are marks on it, which doesn’t make sense. On top of that, they expect me to collect the item from their head office, even though it was delivered to me in the first place — and I’m based in Cape Town. Overall, a frustrating and expensive experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst quality, the fabric is flimsy and fits badly. The customer service and return process is shocking! I returned the products over 2 weeks ago. After following up on where my refund was, all of a sudden the products ‘don’t meet there exchange policy after careful review’ I tried it on and took it off seconds later due to the poor quality and fit.
