Zero accountability. Zero customer care. Just excuses.
Zulu Zenith doesn’t have a return policy… they have a “no matter what, you’re not getting your money back” policy. Returned an item exactly as instructed: unworn, tags attached, original packaging. They rejected it saying it got “dirty” in transit and somehow that’s my fault? So let me get this straight… I follow your rules, your courier messes up, and I pay the price? That’s not a return policy, that’s a setup.0 replies

Terrible customer service!
I bought Nike Metcon's from Totalsports online. These Nike Metcons have a 2-year warranty. If your Nike shoes or apparel have a material or workmanship fault, we want to make it right and get you back in the game. It's been a back and-forth with Totalsports on replacing my shoes they never give any feedback or respond to emails for WEEKS. This is by far the worst customer service.0 replies
