Worst Call Centre to deal with. Order was placed 2days ago. No delivery time confirmation. All you are told, deliveries are until 20:00. So you have to sit and wait all day Useless company
One Day Only has the worst customer service. 10 days for a delivery of one item ordered. Not worth it even though the price is good
Tyre Mart Bellville has the best customer service when replacing Tyres and wheel bearings. A huge thank you to Carl and the guys. The pricing and service never lets you down

Mambo's Brackenfell, has the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Mambo's is advertising a Sunny Shell Pit in lime green. When I visited the store there was no stock of the green but the Durbanville branch had one which they would send over to the Brackenfell Branch. I left my contact details and was promised that I would be contacted, this did not happen. After enquiring after a few days I was informed the order was in the store and I could collect. A few minutes later I was informed that is was the wrong order delivered to the wrong branch and they were not sure when the new stock would arrive. Why do companies advertise a product which they no longer stock.
Worst customer service again. Payment was made and proof of payment emailed on 17 Sept, on 19 Sept email received to confirm proof od payment was received. Cellphone service still suspended. On Saturday I spoke to Sello Matsemela who did nothing to resolve the issue. Even gave me the incorrect email address to send proof of payment.
Lovely dresses, assistance is excellent but that's about where it stops. I hired a dress for my daughters wedding. I was promised that alterations would be made as requested. On the Friday morning of collection, the alterations were not made as promised as the owner said no alterations were allowed. I then requested my money back. Then al of a sudden the alteration could be made. The dress was returned in a good condition the Monday morning and was informed that it takes 2 weeks to return the deposit. It has now been two weeks and no deposit has been returned. No reply to my email and no response to whatsapp. Be aware of the admin implication when hiring a dress from Special Occasions.
I had my eyes tested for a multi focal pair of glasses. Unfortunately I cannot see on my computer, everything is a blurr. I have left numerous messages but no response. Not happy with the Bellville branch service at all
I have paid numerous fines on Fines SA and even receive a confirmation email confirming payment. A warrant for arrest has now been issued for two of the fines and after querying this at the Bellville Traffic Dept, they confirmed the fines are still unpaid and I need to take it up with Fines SA. Fines SA do not respond to any emails and also no answer on their number 0861 999 333.
I tried changing the cell number details on my V+ Card, I could get no assistance at the garage nor at the Call Centre. I eventually sent an email requesting a cellphone number change but also no assistance. After supporting Shell for many years I will be going back to Engen where I can swipe my Clicks card
